On April 29, 2004, the unveiling ceremony for Neusoft and HP Technical Support Center is held in Beijing. Subsequent to the visit of HP CEO Ms. Carleton Fiorina and the agreement signing for Neusoft and HP Strategic Alliance in IT Application and Service on March 11, both parties have made a substantial step forward in the outlined cooperation area.

Neusoft and HP Technical Center is jointly funded by Neusoft and HP and will have a technical team capable of providing technical support to HP hardware products and their adaptive memory products as well as software products. The center is able to offer technical support not only to the HP products applied in Neusoft projects, and to transporting Neusoft solutions to HP platforms, but also provide technical support to HP products upon HP’s request, and to customers and Neusoft sales team. Meanwhile, the center also offers technical support to software and hardware platforms for HP products via telephone, on-site and remote accessing services.

Both parties hold that Neusoft and HP have heightened the cooperation in the area of solution application and service on the basis of their correct common understanding of customer needs. The vast majority of customers need solutions that are cost-cutting, risk-evasive, highly available and extensible. The center will function as a convenient and effective support platform on which higher price-to-performance solutions and services can be delivered to customers and will help to accelerate the construction of information technology community for government and enterprises.
